The hotel policies outlined below apply to your use of this website and related websites ('Site'), including the use of the information and services offered on the Site, which also includes Shirdi accommodation options. If you do not agree to these terms of use, you must refrain from using the Site. These Conditions must be read in conjunction with any other applicable terms and conditions governing the use of the Site. We reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time. Please check these terms periodically for changes. All changes will become effective immediately unless otherwise stated.

Arrival and Departure Policy at Alaukik Hotel
Check-in Time: 14:00 Hours.
Check-out Time: 12:00 Hours.
Early Arrival: Subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in at our Shirdi accommodation, a reservation must be made starting from the previous night; extra charges may apply.
Late Check-out: Available upon request and subject to availability; extra charges may apply as per hotel policies.
Child & Extra Bed Policy at Alaukik Hotel
Child Charges: For our Shirdi accommodation, children above 06 years of age will be charged Rs. 1,500+ GST. Complimentary Stay: Up to two children below 05 years of age can stay in the parent's room at no additional charge (Room Only). Extra Bed: A maximum of one child's bed can be placed in a room at no additional charge for children under 06. Additional extra beds are available for Rs. 1,500 plus GST.
Identity Proof
At Alaukik Hotel, we adhere to strict hotel policies regarding guest identification. All guests, whether in single, double, or triple occupancy, must present a valid photo identity and address proof upon check-in.
For Indian Nationals, accepted documents include a Driving License, Passport, Aadhar Card, or Voter ID. Please note that PAN Cards are not accepted. Foreign Nationals are required to present a valid passport and visa. Additionally, local ID proofs that provide local address details are not accepted for stay as per our hotel policy.
For those making corporate bookings, we advise guests to keep proof of corporate affiliation handy, if applicable, for a smooth check-in process at our Shirdi accommodation.
Cancellation & Refund Policy at Alaukik Hotel
Standard Cancellation: Reservations at Alaukik Hotel must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the planned arrival date to adhere to our hotel policies.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the arrival date will incur a full cancellation fee, which is important to note when booking your Shirdi accommodation.
Non-Refundable Rates: Bookings made on promotional offers or non-cancellable packages require a 100% advance deposit and are non-refundable and non-amendable, aligning with our hotel policies.
Group/Conference Bookings: Changes or cancellations for group bookings must be made 30 days prior to arrival to avoid retention charges. Early check-outs for group participants will also incur retention charges for the released nights.
Refund Process: Once a refund is initiated, it typically reflects in the next billing cycle, though it may take 30-45 business days depending on the bank.
General House Rules at Alaukik Hotel
No Smoking: In compliance with Government of India guidelines, smoking is not permitted inside hotel rooms or indoor premises at Alaukik Hotel. Dedicated smoking zones are available on every floor for guests.
Bed Preferences: While specific bed types can be requested at our Shirdi accommodation, they are subject to availability.
Visitor Policy: Outside visitors are not permitted inside guest rooms after permitted hours. Hotel management reserves the right to deny entry to unauthorized visitors, in line with our hotel policies.
Prohibited Activities: Consumption of illegal substances, gambling, loud music, parties, or any unlawful activity is strictly prohibited inside the hotel premises. Any damage caused to hotel property will be charged to the guest.
Guest Conduct: Guests are requested to maintain silence and respect other guests’ comfort and privacy. Misconduct, abusive behavior, or disturbance caused to other guests or hotel staff may result in immediate cancellation of stay without refund.
Safety & Security: Guests are advised to keep valuables secured. The hotel is not responsible for loss of personal belongings. Weapons, hazardous materials, and inflammable items are strictly prohibited.
Parking Facility: Complimentary parking is available for in-house guests at their own risk. The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to parked vehicles.
Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed inside the hotel premises unless specifically permitted by management.
Right of Admission Reserved: Hotel management reserves the right of admission and may refuse service in accordance with hotel policies and Government regulations.
