By using, accessing, viewing, transmitting, caching, storing, or otherwise utilizing any of the services, contents, or functions of this site, you signify your consent to these terms and conditions as set forth herein. The terms and conditions set out below apply to your use of this website and related websites ("Site"), including the use of the information and services offered on the Site. If you do not agree to these terms of use, you must refrain from using the Site. These Conditions must be read in conjunction with any other applicable terms and conditions governing the use of the Site. 

We reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time. Please check these terms periodically for changes. All changes will become effective immediately unless otherwise stated.  

1. Use of Website

• You   warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal      authority to enter into the legal agreement constituted by your acceptance of these Conditions and to use the Site in accordance with such Conditions. 
• The site is available only to individuals and entities that can form legally      binding contracts under applicable law. 
• The Site and the materials located on or through the Site are provided by us      for informational purposes only, with the understanding that we are not      engaged in rendering legal or other professional advice or service. 
• Commercial  Use of this site is strictly prohibited unless you obtain prior written  consent from Alaukik Hotel Shirdi. 
• You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords, login, and      account information. You will be financially accountable for all uses of the site by you and anyone using your login information. 

2. Proprietary Rights Information

• The Site contains and references various proprietary information, including trademarks, logos, brand names, and text, which are proprietary to Alaukik Hotel Shirdi or its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and/or third-party licensors. 
• You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to modify, reproduce, sell,      broadcast, or copy any of our trademarks, logos, or proprietary  information without the express prior written consent of Alaukik Hotel Shirdi. 

3. Restrictions on Use of Materials

• All materials contained in the Site are the copyrighted property of Alaukik      Hotel Shirdi or its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and/or third-party licensors. 
• No material from the Site may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded,      posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way without prior written consent, except that you may download one copy of the materials on any single computer for your personal, non-commercial home use, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. 

4. Submissions

• Any  messages, suggestions, ideas, or other information (collectively, the      "Submissions") which you may submit through or in connection with the Site will become the exclusive property of Alaukik Hotel Shirdi. 
• You agree that we have the right to publish any Submissions for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without compensation to the provider of the Submissions. 

5. Limitation of Liability

• Alaukik Hotel Shirdi and its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents,  representatives, or licensors shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profits, business opportunity, or loss of information, arising out of your access to or use of the Site. 

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• Any  disputes arising out of or related to the Site shall be governed by and      construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of India. 
• You shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rahata, District Ahmednagar, Maharashtra, India. 

7. Termination

• These  terms are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate      these terms at any time by discontinuing use of the Site. 
• Your access to the Site may be terminated immediately without notice from us      if, in our sole and absolute discretion, you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. 

   Arrival and Departure Policy

• Check-in        Time: 14:00 Hours. 
• Check-out     Time: 12:00 Hours. 

• Early Arrival: Subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, a      reservation must be made starting from the previous night may be Extra Charges will be Applicable. 
• Late Check-out: Available upon request and subject to availability, may be Extra Charges will be Applicable. 

Child & Extra Bed Policy

• Child Charges: Children above 06 years of age will be charged at Rs. 1,500+ GST. 
• Complimentary Stay: Up to two children below 05 years of age can stay in the      parent's room at no additional charge (Room Only). 
• Extra Bed: A maximum of one child's bed can be placed in a room at no      additional charge for children under 06. Additional extra beds are available for Rs. 1,500 plus+ GST. 

Identity Proof

• Government Regulations: All guests (single/double/triple occupancy) must present a valid photo identity and address proof upon check-in. 
• Indian Nationals: Accepted documents include a Driving License, Passport,      Aadhar Card, or Voter ID. PAN Cards are not accepted. 
• Foreign Nationals: Must present a valid passport and visa. 
•  local ID proofs:  local address details, are not accepted for stay as per hotel policy. 
• Corporate Bookings: Guests should keep proof of corporate affiliation handy if  applicable. 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Standard Cancellation: Reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior      to the planned arrival date. 
• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the arrival date will incur a full cancellation fee. 
• Non-Refundable Rates: Bookings made on promotional offers or non-cancellable packages require a 100% advance deposit and are non-refundable and non-amendable. 
• Group/Conference Bookings: Changes or cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival to avoid retention charges. Early check-outs for group      participants will also incur retention charges for the released nights. 
• Refund Process: Once a refund is initiated, it typically reflects in the next      billing cycle, though it may take 30-45 business days depending on the bank. 

General House Rules

• No Smoking:   In compliance with Government of India guidelines, smoking is not permitted inside hotel rooms or indoor premises. Dedicated smoking zones are available on every floor for guests.”  
• Bed Preferences: While specific bed types can be requested, they are subject to availability. 
•  Visitor Policy: Outside visitors are not permitted inside guest rooms after permitted hours. Hotel management reserves the right to deny entry to unauthorized visitors. 
• Prohibited Activities: Consumption of illegal substances, gambling, loud music, parties, or any unlawful activity is strictly prohibited inside the hotel premises. Any damage caused to hotel property will be charged to the guest. 
• Guest Conduct: Guests are requested to maintain silence and respect other guests’ comfort and privacy. Misconduct, abusive behavior, or disturbance caused to other guests or hotel staff may result in immediate cancellation of stay without refund. 
• Safety & Security: Guests are advised to keep valuables secured. The hotel is not responsible for loss of personal belongings. Weapons, hazardous materials, and inflammable items are strictly prohibited. 
• Parking Facility: Complimentary parking is available for in-house guests at their own risk. The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to parked vehicles. 
• Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed inside the hotel premises unless specifically permitted by management. 
• Right of Admission Reserved : Hotel management reserves the right of admission and may refuse service in accordance with hotel policies and Government regulations.
